All Underbean orders delivered in Kochi, Ernakulam, and surrounding Kerala districts are shipped fully pre-filled with high-density virgin EPS micro-beans. They are ready to sink into immediately upon delivery.
Thanks to our high-density virgin polystyrene filling, Underbean bags retain their loft for 2-3 years of daily usage. When they begin to compress, you can easily top them up with fresh beans from our store in Aluva.
We provide a 1-Year Local Warranty covering stitching, seams, and zipper durability. In the rare event of a stitching issue, we will repair it for you locally at our CM Home Decor service center in Aluva.
